Time Flies. Organize it.
An interactive, three-hour, on-site morning session covering the principles of time management including goal setting, prioritizing, communications and procrastination. The program includes assessments, quizzes, client scenarios and games. The afternoon is for individual instructor visits to each participant's office to answer additional questions and review their action plans. Class size has a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10. This program is geared towards improving focus, job performance and productivity while reducing stress levels and regaining work-life balance. Surveys prove that past participants are saving a minimum of 30 minutes a day in real-time.
