Rock Enterprises - Rock Climbing Business Simulation In today's work place, the individual pursuing a solo agenda is among the least effective employees. In this rock climbing business simulation we explore what it takes to build and effective team. We help teams utilize the strength and value of having members with diverse perspectives and capabilities. Participants learn to appreciate others as valuable resources and to see how much more effective people can be when they work together as a team. Our facilitators will then help them develop actionable solutions for moving forward. We focus on how to get teams up to speed quickly and how to move teams through the different stages of team development effectively.
