The nationally recognized Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is used to help participants understand differences and find new ways of working more effectively with each other. We look beyond just identifying individual personality types to focusing on understanding how different personalities can interact more effectively. Emphasis is placed on communication, interpersonal interaction, conflict resolution, and problem-solving (See Details Below).

Myers Briggs Type Indicator The nationally recognized Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is used to help participants understand differences and find new ways of working more effectively with each other. We look beyond just identifying individual personality types to focusing on understanding how different personalities can interact more effectively. Emphasis is placed on communication, interpersonal interaction, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
