Ineffective meetings are one of the most common time wasters in today's business. Our meeting effectiveness programs focus on what to do before, during and after a meeting to minimize time and maximize effectiveness. We also explore what roles need to be filled, and how to manage difficult people in meetings (See Details Below).
Every LTI classroom program is designed to achieve specific results aligned with your immediate business needs. Classroom programs can range in length from two hours to three days. We can conduct these sessions at your place of business, or at other locations including conference centers, resorts, or other meeting facilities. Meeting Effectiveness
Developing facilitation skills helps participants turn the often-wasted time of meetings, into highly productive decision-making opportunities. Participants will discover what needs to be done before, during, and after a meeting in order for it to be effective.
