Ineffective meetings are one of the most common time wasters in today's business. Our meeting effectiveness programs focus on what to do before, during and after a meeting to minimize time and maximize effectiveness. We also explore what roles need to be filled, and how to manage difficult people in meetings (See Details Below).

Every LTI classroom program is designed to achieve specific results aligned with your immediate business needs. Classroom programs can range in length from two hours to three days. We can conduct these sessions at your place of business, or at other locations including conference centers, resorts, or other meeting facilities. Meeting Effectiveness
Developing facilitation skills helps participants turn the often-wasted time of meetings, into highly productive decision-making opportunities. Participants will discover what needs to be done before, during, and after a meeting in order for it to be effective. Meetings are valuable opportunities, but if used ineffectively, are a huge waste of time, money, and morale.

Practice keeping discussions on track, managing difficult situations, and building high quality decisions, using a specific problem-solving model.

How To Deal With Problem Behaviors
Learn how to deal with specific problem behaviors including: doubters, interrupters, attackers, and know-it-alls.

How To Manage The Decision-Making Process
Practice defining problems, uncovering root causes, and how to use specific tools to help solve problems. Explore when to expand the discussion for new ideas and when to conclude.

How To Insure Proper Follow-Up
What needs to be done after any meeting? How do you make sure that everything actually gets done?
