Pyramind s entire curriculum revolves around the Digital Producer Certificate Program.
The Post Production Certificate is designed to get students on a fast track to the professional world of audio and post-production. The PPC is also an eight month program, but focuses mainly on the digital audio post production process (Sound for picture). The PPC graduate is capable of seizing career opportunities in the sound, sound-for-picture and gaming industries. As with all of Pyramind s certificate programs, the PPC focuses on relationships with the industry leaders in digital audio and music production as well as the drive needed to steer your career in the right direction. By the end of the program, the student will have a publishable DVD and/or CD that will serve as a Demo Reel for their artist and client solicitations
Included with the PPC are four industry leading manufacturer certificates. Digidesign Pro tools Operator Certficate, Apple Logic Pro 7 Certificate, Apple Final Cut Pro HD Certificate and Apple DVD Studio Pro Certificate.

The curriculum is broken into four levels with each level integrating the tools, the skills and the chops that every digital audio producer must master to succeed. Each level builds the foundation of knowledge and experience for the next. Classes are scheduled in no more than 20 hour/week increments to ensure that the material is easy to absorb and fully understand. The Pyramind staff and instructors consist of some of the best and brightest in Bay Area digital audio production and education.
The DPC experience is very intense but it is also easily absorbed. Our process seeks to strip away barriers to understanding and ensure that every step in the audio production process is made as efficient as possible, allowing you to make better decisions both in and out of the recording studio.
Make no mistake- this is for SERIOUS students only. We will not make you Rock Stars, we will help you make yourself successful doing what you love being creative with sound and music as a career!
