Managing across genders is increasingly becoming an issue for people in today s workforce. These sessions focus on how to better understand the different generations and how to communicate more effectively across age groups. We also explore different ways to motivate people differently (See Details Below).

Classroom programs can range in length from two hours to three days. Training Program Details
This unique program is designed to help leaders understand and manage people from different generations. We explore ways of benefiting from what each group brings to the table. We then focus on specific tools for managing and motivating each group, giving people what they need to grow and develop.
