Through these innovative indoor and outdoor programs, your team will explore the value of diversity and communication. Using unique interactive problem-solving initiatives, participants learn to appreciate others as valuable resources and discover how much more effective they can be when they work together as a team. Facilitated discussions after each activity are the keys to helping people actually apply lessons learned, back to their work situations.
Outdoor programs can range from four hours to four days, and can accommodate 8 to 400 participants (in subgroups of 10-20 people). Because we are portable, your program can be conducted onsite or at any location that will best help you. In addition, we always come prepared with a host of rain or inclement weather alternatives.
