■ Use Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques to identify a project s critical path.
■ Define the components of a project budget.
■ Level project resources to meet availability and time constraints.
■ Develop a risk management plan.
■ Identify project start-up activities.
■ Apply project control techniques to measure project progress.
■ Report project progress using a standard template.
■ Use change management methods.
■ Conduct project close-out activities.
■ Identify leadership styles that can be used to meet the needs of specific situations.
