The Discovery Process is a course on the art of interviewing and hiring skills, covering: question development, legal questions, probing, resume screening, establishing priorties and competencies and communication skills. Participants are videotaped while practicing a live interview, and receive details feedback on their skills.

This seminar is available only to contracting clients on an "in-house" basis. We do not offer public seminars.
