A one day ?BRIDGE? course is intended to allow students who have been preparing for the
PMP exam based on the 2000 edition of the
PMBOK (this is currently called the 2004 exam ? the new exam is referred to as the 2005 exam) to realign their preparation to the 2005 exam. Strategically, the course bridges the PMBOK version gap. Tactically, the course is designed to utilize a positive transfer of training approach capitalizing on the knowledge they already have. A combination of text based presentation, graphic and animated presentation, and course text are used. Emphasis will be placed on the 5 new processes and the inter and intra process relationships that are new, In addition we the class addresses the across the board increase in process detail.
