Our design for
Champions training overlaps with the design for
Executive Orientation. Champions training includes everything in the two-day executive orientation, plus a third day to allow time to organize the
Business Quality
Council, apply our process for chartering high leveraged projects linked to key business outcomes and wrestle with resource constraints for
Black Belts around time dedicated to projects. Third day is in quotes because when actually doing all three days, the agenda items need to be adjusted for better flow so that those extra topics listed occur at different times across three days.
