Course description
Mastering the Art of Interpersonal Leadership begins to unravel the mystery of what separates those who truly are influential within organizations from those who could be. Through developing your intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence – understanding yourself and understanding others – you will gain insight into the motivators and drivers that affect your own behavior and that of others. This course focuses on the critical elements that form the foundation of successful relationships.
