Audience This course is designed for PC service engineers responsible for hardware maintenance of PCs. The audience should be familiar with the basic concepts of a PC. 
Course Requirements You need Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or above OR Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4.78 or above.
