The Getting Started with Outlook 2002 WBT is the first course in the Office XP: Outlook 2002 curriculum. This course introduces the Outlook 2002 environment and describes its various features. It also provides students hands on training of the concepts and processes involved in managing e-mails, contacts, and other information, using Outlook. Additionally, this course guides students to efficiently schedule and track calendar activities. After completing this course, the student will be able to:
