Use DBMS_SQL to execute non-query DDL and DML statements
Use the DBMS_SQL package to execute queries
Identify the different types of exceptions
Handle user-defined exceptions
List PL/SQL debugging techniques
Minimize the occurrence of bugs using special programming methodologies
