SYSTEMIC THINKING
Systemic thinking is about seeing the big picture, the organization as a whole especially when it comes to organization change and growth. This session will discuss cutting edge theories and their application to change leadership and how the trainer as strategic partner can amplify the adaptability and capacity of the workforce.
Objectives: At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
To gain understanding of the concepts of learning organizations, Appreciative Inquiry, dialogue and change leadership
To build skills as a strategic partner in leading change, dealing with resistance, creative positive organizational dialogue
To develop strategies for growing adaptability and capacity in the workforce
To advance skills and techniques as a facilitator
