Purpose & Description
The Diploma of Business Management is designed to promote and cultivate management initiatives and personal growth within an ever changing work environment.
This diploma aims to provide you with the skills, knowledge and qualifications required for management level positions in small, medium and large organisations in all sectors of industry.
The course covers both contemporary and traditional management issues such as Managing Performance, Budgeting and Planning, Creating a Safe Workplace and Recruiting and Selecting employees.
The Diploma consists of eight units of competency which must be demonstrated before the qualification can be issued.

Pre-requisites

Certification
Assessment will be competency based and involve direct, indirect and supplementary forms of evidence. Evidence of competency will be provided through the:
demonstration of competence on the job and/or in a simulated environment
active participation in structured group activities
completion of individual written assessment tasks
Participants who successfully demonstrate competency and complete the course will be awarded the nationally recognised Diploma of Business Management BSB50401.
Course Fees
$1995.00 ( Full Course 300 hours)
Fees for individual or groups of Units of Competency are available upon request. Fees can be paid by cheque, money order or cash. Fees include the cost of all course materials.
Delivery
Classroom: 8 days from 9:00am to 4:00pm divided in 2 consecutive days for four months or 16 Nights from 6pm to 9pm
Self-Paced: As the course is self-paced it does not require class attendance. You learn and study in your own time, own place and at your own pace, provided you complete the course within 12 months from your enrolment date. We provide you with a comprehensive Study Guide, Suggested References, Question & Answer Workbook and all Assessment tasks.
