Program helps individuals strengthen relationship and the ability to influence positive outcomes in business (and personal) situations, using the
Social Styles
Model.
Through greater versatility in interacting with others, participants are better able to communicate, influence and negotiate with diverse people within their organization.
Participants receive feedback on their own Social Style from internal customers, subordinates, peers, support staff, and/or leaders. They gain insight on how their style yields potential strengths (to be built upon) and weaknesses (to be turned into strengths) in everyday business dialogue. Participants learn how to identify others' styles and then select appropriate strategies to increase their versatility for responding to others.
