Island Survival: Marooned on Horseback in Jamaica's Cockpit Country will take you through a step by step "tune up" to enhance team performance and fine-tune your corporate, sales and marketing strategy together. Loosely based on the TV show Survivor, this is a simulation of an equestrian adventure in the hills of Jamaica. Your team gets lost and must invent and market a product or service to raise the money to get back to civilization. They need to have a plan in place when they are rescues by their Maroon guides. This simulation introduces you to some simple tools that you can use to improve your effectiveness in a fast-paced business environment.

We can incorporate a variety of activities and energizers into this executive team building session including horseback riding, games on horseback, climbing a waterfall, reggae and limbo contest, cookouts on the beach, and more. We are located near Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our President is Jamaican-born Anne Thornley-Brown. She would be pleased to move your experience beyond a simulation and make arrangement for you to have it in Jamaica.
