Course Content
The training starts with the basics, including how to install Windows XP Professional and Server 2003 using a number of different procedures, including the Remote Installation Service. You will also learn how to manage and troubleshoot User Accounts, back-up and implement disaster recovery procedures and the features of remote management and the benefits of Terminal Services.
This course has been divided into 20 modules as shown below on specific topics, with instructor led videos, notes, exercises and self test questions to help with exam preparation.
