Training Provided by Compliance SolutionsThe online version of the 40-Hour HAZWOPER allows students to proceed at their own pace to complete this intensive, interactive, on-line training program. Unlike traditional training seminars, the online course can be completed at any time as long as an internet connection and a computer are available. Instead of trying to find a course that fits your schedule, your company can now turn "un-billable" time into productive training time. In this highly comprehensive course, Students complete 32 hours of training online and then attend an 8-hour "hands-on" practical where dress-out exercises, and multiple site exercises are conducted by our staff of experienced Hazmat Instructors. The hands-on courses are conveniently offered in 42 locations throughout the U.S. (tentative dates and locations can be accessed by clicking the link at the end of this course description). After the student completes the hands-on training, a password protected final exam is administered online (a test score of 70% or better is considered a passing grade) and a certificate of completion will be sent to the student.ALIGN="JUSTIFY"> Who Should Take This Course: Personnel who are involved in the following disciplines are required to have the 40-hour initial HAZWOPER training (in order to comply with OSHA regulations, an annual refresher must be completed to keep the certification valid): Removal or handling of underground tanks and/or piping, contaminated soil and/or groundwater, subsurface investigations, construction work in which hazardous materials may potentially be present or encountered, situations where HAZMAT is prepared, packaged, labeled, marked, stored or shipped for disposal and for any facility wherein hazardous wastes are treated, stored, or disposed. Unlike other companies who are not in compliance with OSHA's suggested training guidance, we provide this training to EVERY 40-Hour HAZWOPER student and we do it without charging an additional fee!. Included with your registration is our exclusive "Dress-Out Pac " that provides all the materials you will need to complete the class as well and provide invaluable reference materials you can access long after your course is completed.
