Awesome Assistant Workshop
Doing more with less. This is the goal of business today, and it always seems as if it s the assistants who are doing more. More tasks for more bosses. More skills to master. More relationships to manage. It s getting harder to handle the work load and feel successful on the job. You, the trainer, can come to their rescue with The Awesome Assistant Trainer Kit. The workshop is designed on some basic but critical assumptions: that the job of an assistant is as much about people skills as it is about work and process skills. And that most assistants don t want to be just good at their jobs they want to be awesome. Through this workshop you can help them reach that goal. Watch the lights go on in the room when participants compare their perception of the job and their performance with the feedback they ve gotten from the people they support. Watch the excitement in the room when the participants share best practices with each other and brainstorm ways to manage common problems on the job. Then enjoy their new confidence as they leave with a plan to take control of their specific challenges.
