Fast Track Development
With an investment of about two hours a week - and with minimum interruption of their regular work responsibilities - your reports will significantly increase their skills and their value to your organization. The FastTrack programs, through their combination of structure with flexibility, teleclasses with personal coaching, case studies with actual work assignments, allow your people to learn on the job and apply that learning to the job. Real time, real learning.
And FastTrack is your program as much as it is ours. You identify the development targets. You get regular progress reports. Sometimes you'll be reinforcing specific learning; at other times you'll be measuring their progress. And you'll be doing all this with a minimum commitment of your time.
