Working with subject matter experts, Creating relevant training activities,
Writing clear instructions, Developing complete and user-friendly trainer materials, Creating and using appropriate visual support tools, Developing useful job aids, Creating reinforcement tools and systems, Evaluating training results, Testing your design, Creating a stimulating learning environment.
