Facilitator Training Workshop
Participants work with case studies of actual teams to diagnose problems. Learners are videotaped conducting team sessions and gain feedback from the instructor and other participants. Content includes Diagnosing Team Problems, Facilitating Team Training and New Teams, and Conducting Team Investigations. Format: Three workshops best delivered in one- or two-day sessions over a period of weeks or months for up to 16 people per session.
