The Help Desk Analyst diploma program is designed for students wishing to embark on a career in the Information Technology industry. The objective is to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to service computer systems and to support users of these systems.
Students will study the theory of computer systems and operating systems and then develop practical skills through hands-on training. In addition, students will work with industry standard application software to develop expertise with help desk operations and troubleshooting. Program highlights include: Hardware Installation and Configuration, Operating Systems, MS Office 2000 Applications, System Support and Optimization, Help Desk Techniques.
