The Leadership & Execution workshop provides leaders with the core competencies of leadership, planning and execution. Participants engage in both the theory of effective leadership and the process. Leaders will walk away with a leadership plan and a roadmap for improving organizational focus and strategy execution. Participants will receive tools to implement best practices immediately.

Leadership & Execution
The core responsibility of leadership is to get the right things done. Leadership and Execution is an intensive, one-day workshop that focuses on leadership behaviors related to successful execution. This workshop provides tools to help leaders develop the following competencies:
Building Trust with Others
Confronting Reality
Taking Responsibility
Providing Focus & Direction
Aligning Priorities with Others
Executing Strategies and Goals Time and Project Management
Reviewing Performance and Holding Others Accountable
Creating a Culture of Accountability
Participant will complete a self-assessment. They will incorporate this feedback and key insights into a leadership action plan. The workshop can be customized for leadership teams.
Participants Receive:
o Leadership & Execution self-assessment
o Leadership & Execution workbook
o 8 hour, interactive workshop (or two day sessions)
About the Consultant
Charles Dayton has provided leadership classes to some of the nation s most respected organizations including Ford Motor Company, General Electric and Federal Express. He has an appreciation for good theory, but is passionate about practical leadership practices that produce meaningful results. Charles spent 13 years working with Dr. Stephen R. Covey s organization and collaborated with leading leadership and organizational development professionals including A.Roger Merrill, David Hanna and Dr. Brent Peterson.
