Who should take this seminar?

Anyone who would like to improve his or her listening and retention skills during meetings, conversations, and classroom or training sessions.

What will I learn?

* Identify your speaker s true intentions to avoid misinterpretation
* Take effective notes during meetings and training sessions

* Discussions with team members
* Confrontations with angry (or hostile) customers

It is virtually impossible to remain completely attentive during every conversation, meeting, or training session; none of us can maintain 100 percent focus, 100 percent of the time. Therefore, we will show you how to recognize key phrases and non-verbal communication that will signal when to respond and how to elicit the desired reaction from the speaker.
