General Description of the Workshop
You can develop your effectiveness by understanding the impact of your communication style. In this 2-day workshop, participants will be able to gauge their own communication styles, and affirm and understand not only their own personalities and preferences and of the others.

Objectives:
Learn to identify and meet the informational and relational needs of others.
Understand the hallmarks of effective communication.
Develop strategies to diffuse potential communication problems and manage difficult encounters.
Learn to use assertive communication appropriately.
Identify verbal and nonverbal behaviors that facilitate effective communication.
Recognize and address barriers to effective communication.
Develop strategies for successful information dissemination
