This session creates a parallel universe that mirrors and reflects your corporate realities. This session is designed to:

- finetune your team's sales and marketing skills
- give team member an opportunity to work with members of other teams
- give employees a chance to experience departments, functions and organizational levels that are different from their usual roles

We will divide your group into 2 or more companies, teams that will manufacture bicycles and market and sell them to a corporate client. Then, we will debrief their experience session and glean key learnings about sales and marketing effectiveness, working in a cross functional environment, the importance of operating as a cohesive unit, and overcoming the silo mentality.

Training Program Details


Scenario: After a brief recruitment and orientation session, participants will begin to operate a company with a specific vision, set of values and corporate culture. The company that raises the most money for charity through the sale of the bikes wins. All bikes that are not sold will be donated to a local charity for children. We can either do the selling at a local market or assign each company to some other location to be determined. Another strategy could be to sell raffle tickets for the bikes or obtain sponsors for a bike race. We can decide which approach we want the group to use or leave it up to each company to design an effective strategy to generate income from the bikes. Some groups have elected to select a specific charity and have the sales team make presentations to their "corporate client" in order to select a winner.

A recreational element can be added to this simulation though a bike rodeo at which the various "companies" compete for valuable prizes.

This simulation will appeal to a variety of groups but particularly to teams that enjoy hands on approach.
