Door Supervisor Award issued by BTEC. This course leads to one of the qualifications accepted by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) as the training requirement for a Door Supervisor Licence to Operate. The course is delivered over 4 days with two, one hour written assessments at the end of it. Students will learn: roles and responsibilities of a door supervisor, law relating to door supervisor duties, licensing law, how to deal with controlled drugs, equal opportunities, customer care, record keeping and conflict management.
