The Creatrix is an inventory for use with individuals, teams and organisations. It looks at the current capability in terms of innovation. The Creatrix model (the innovation equation) can then be used to build innovative capacity in individuals, teams and organisations.
Most organisations when they look at innovation, they look at the skills individuals have (generally creativity). The Creatrix looks at the behaviours behind innovation. Using a behavioural approach ensures a greater opportunity for sustained change towards developing an innovative culture or capability.
The certification programme will provide participants with the necessary background information, the theories the model is based upon and practical application of the Creatrix tool. Prior to attending the programme you will also have the opportunity of completing the Creatrix, if you have not already done so.
