Training Workshop on Managerial Skills
**************************************
Introduction:
*************
In most Organizations, people are chosen for a Managerial Position not because of their Technical Knowledge. They are chosen because someone has seen the spark of Leadership in them. That is the Spark we must develop in ourselves to be Successful Managers.
Leaders are not born; they are made through development of Skills and Attitude. The Real success of a Manager is not in how well he performs. It is how well his Team performs. For this each Manager needs to develop his own Confidence Level and a Positive Attitude. He needs to be a Coach, a Guide, an Inspiring Individual and a Counsellor.
Objective:
**********
Developing effective leadership and tools for managing people and their performance in a complex and changing workplace. To consider the principles of leadership and practice the personal skills involved in effective team leadership.
Designed for the new manager or high potential management candidate, this program accelerates the development of your critical leadership skills. Participants leave this program with a greater understanding and capability to both manage and lead, a follow up agenda to ensure behavior change, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
