Continuing on with the foundation built in WWW102-Basic HTML and WWW103-Introduction to CSS, this course will examine more advanced usage of HTML. Upon completion of the course the student should know:
- how to specify the document type
- how to specify the document language
- how to display lists
- how to use the and tags to apply styles
- what are the attributes common to most HTML tags
- how to use the abbreviation and acronym tags
- how to put special characters on your website
- how to validate your web page has valid HTML
- what are the attributes that most tags share
- how to insert comments into your web page
