Effective Communication Skills Effective Communication takes real skill. These communication skills have to be developed, practiced and added to on an on-going basis. Method & Approach
The programme will be highly participative and consist of tutor input, group discussion, case study and interactive activities. ► How to create rapport and positive use of body language
► Understanding the effect of beliefs and values within communication
► Personal strategy development to make a positive difference to your communications
