Founded by Mr. Rodney Cox in 2004, R n Valdr means Rune Power or Authority in Old Norse. It was originally called Runic Reiki ; however Mr. Cox has changed the name because it is not a Reiki system but a system that uses Runes in a Reiki-like Way.
Run Valdr is based on the Norse Runes and is a system which is complete within itself. It does not rely at all on any other systems beyond the cursory similarities of using new symbols and giving attunements. The energies of this system and their symbols can be used for far more than healing.
Run Valdr can be used for magic including a way to easily and powerfully charge objects to create items/objects of power and magic which can be programmed for use.

Much of the material was revealed to me during mental journey I took to meet with my Gods, Odin and Freya. They gave me the symbols, their names and their use. Even though there are quite a few new symbols, they have an internal consistency. They have a consistent look about them that indicates that they are not merely random symbols, but that they are part of a larger system.
