Oracle Database 10g is the first database designed for enterprise grid computing, the most flexible and cost-effective way to manage enterprise information. This course covers salient aspects of Oracle Database 10g such as user and data management. The basic aspects of database management such as database integrity constraints, transferring data, and defining tables and schemas has been discussed at length. Attention has been paid to DML and also to PL/SQL code, which is Oracle's proprietary fourth generation programming language that enables Oracle applications to interact over different operating systems and hardware platforms.
