• Define the four parts of the SAP R/3 system environment: SAP Technology. Kernal System. Interfaces. Application Modules.
• Understand the modular structure of the R/3 system.
• Define the four standard modules: Logistics. Finance and Accounting. Human Resources. Workflow Management.
• Understand how the integrated R/3 modules work together.

Unit 2: Using the R/3 System

• Describe the structure of the user interface.
• Understand how a business management task is processed.
• Understand R/3 system access.
• Evalute the results of queries.
