This is the third course in an eight-part series that will provide IT professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Server. At the completion of this course, students will learn to identify the System Monitor counters used to provide information about resource utilization and interpret them; identify and log network traffic data; identify and optimize resource utilization on a Windows 2000 client and a Windows 2000 server; identify and manage programs on a Windows 2000 computer; and identify the tab used to perform a specified task in DirectX Diagnostic and troubleshoot resources on a Windows 2000 computer.
