Course Overview
This curriculum introduces the learner to the context of BizTalk operations, identifying the main challenges of EAI and B2B communications. This curriculum covers creating maps using BizTalk Mapper, creating objects in and managing BizTalk Messaging Manager, and the submission of documents to BizTalk Server. Additionally, it covers the tracking of interchanges and business documents using BizTalk Document Tracking. Audience
The audience for this curriculum includes System Administrators, Database Administrators, Application Developers, System Analysts, and Network Designers who operate in medium to very large computing environments that use Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000. Learners should have a minimum of one year's experience designing and developing distributed applications by using Microsoft technologies. Prerequisites include experience with XML and it is recommended that learners have experience with XSLT. Working knowledge of COM+, including development tools such as Microsoft Visual Basic and Microsoft Visual C++, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), ASP, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition.
