o Download a file from the Internet.
o Save an image by using the Image toolbar.
o Sequence the steps for setting up an e-mail account in Microsoft Outlook Express 6.

o Reply to an e-mail message.

The intended audience for this course does not require a high level of computer skill, but learners will probably have had some prior experience with Microsoft Office software and the Windows operating system.
