Simulation Overview:
In this simulation, you will meet with Elizabeth Thomas in Finance to discuss operating budgets. Liz will discuss the different components of an operating budget, how to classify costs, and how to create an operating budget. Throughout your conversation with her, Liz will ask you questions to gauge your understanding of operating budgets.
Unit 2: Manufacturing Budgets(0.5 - 1 hour)

In this simulation, you will meet with Ronald Spear, one of Icon's accountants who works with manufacturing budgets in Icon's Home Appliances Product Group. Ron will discuss the sections of a manufacturing budget, methods used to create one, and what types of information can be determined from a manufacturing budget. Throughout your conversation with him, Ron will ask you questions to gauge your understanding of manufacturing budgets.
