While the product group is profitable, it is the only consumer-targeted group under the Boston division. In addition, the manufacturing facilities and most employees are in Arkansas and Indiana, while only a small administrative staff is located in Boston. For this reason, Mr. Cahill, corporate executives of Icon, and the Board of Directors have decided to sell the product group.
