  • Simulation Overview:
  • In this simulation, you will meet with your supervisor, Dean Kramer. Dean is the Production Manager for the Plastic Casing Department of Icon's Industrial Services and Manufacturing Division. It has been over two years since you received a pay increase, and you have requested this meeting to negotiate a raise. In preparation for this meeting, you analyzed what other Quality Control Managers in similar companies are paid. While Dean is an efficient and well-respected manager, there are some aspects of his personality the affect his interactions with his subordinates. To successfully negotiate your raise, you must identify and deal with the aspects of his personality that make communicating with him difficult.
