This course will cover vendor-independent issues relating to the integration of key networking technologies. LAN/WAN Integration is designed to explain internetworking between LANs, as well as LANs with WANs. Students will learn about networking services, protocols, architectures and technologies, and will provide new insight into the methods of integrating LANs with WANs. Additionally, this course will cover connectivity hardware devices such as bridges, routers, and switches.
