In Interviewing Skills: Conducting an Interview, you will learn the various processes and techniques used to conduct interviews that result in successful hires. Specifically, it teaches students how to conduct an interview through the opening, information gathering, and closing stages, as well as how to address difficult interviews. In addition, students will learn how to evaluate candidates properly to ensure the best candidate is chosen and follow up appropriately with a candidate after a hiring decision has been made.

The audience can include business owners, executives, recruiters, team leaders, human resource staff, team leaders, new and experienced managers, and any individual responsible for interviewing and selecting employees.
