  • Simulation Overview: In the simulation at the end of this unit, you will meet with Icon's HR Compliance Officer, Jessica Stone. She will ask you a series of questions regarding privacy laws. You have been asked to speak on this topic to a number of employees, but Jessica needs to determine your knowledge of the subject first.
Unit 2:Computer Use and Human Resources (0.5 - 1 hour)
  • Select the ways that computers are used in human resources.
  • Identify the actions an employer should take to conduct legal computer activity.
  • Take actions to use computers lawfully for human resource functions.
  • Simulation Overview: In the simulation at the end of this unit, you will meet with Dean Kramer, Sales Representative for HRL Solutions. You have had a number of training sessions with Dean, and this meeting has been organized as a final testing session.
