- Determine who is responsible for making decisions in a group.
- Identify the characteristics of effective decision making groups.
- Recognize how groups influence decision making.

- In this simulation, you will meet with the Directors of Finance and Marketing and the North American Sales Manager of your company. You need to decide whether it is more beneficial to purchase a competitor and their new technology or invest in research to develop the technology internally.
