- Simulation Overview:
- In the simulation at the end of this unit, you act as the Resources Advisor for Icon. You will meet with Maggie Roberts and Bruce Madison, two recruiters from the Champion Recruiting Firm. Icon recently purchased this firm, so Maggie and Bruce are new employees to the organization. Although their job duties will remain the same, you will need to communicate the organizational differences between Champion and Icon. In addition, it will be important to help both employees adapt from Champion's traditional workplace environment to the learning organizational style that is in place at Icon.

- Simulation Overview:
- In the simulation at the end of this unit, you will meet with Robin Carlson, a Market Research Analyst with a solid record of achievement at Icon. As the Marketing Director, you will need to communicate to Robin why she was not chosen for a promotion from within the department. Using frontline leadership traits, explain to Robin the reasons behind the decision, and discuss other career possibilities for her within Icon.
