- In the simulation at the end of this unit, you will meet with Jessica Stone, Director of Corporate Sales, and Roger McAlister, Product Marketing Manager, for Preventia Security Systems. Preventia is a subsidiary of Icon's Consumer Products and Services division in Chicago, which provides high-end intrusion detection, access management, and emergency response systems for corporate facilities. Its creed of ''Prevention, Detection, and Protection'' has been the foundation of the organization's goals and business methods. As Vice President of Products and Services, you must prepare Roger and Jessica for working with this new part of the company and adapting to the possible changes in the workplace that may result.

Repeated dealings with irritable customers have caused Amy to become resentful towards them and towards her job. As her direct supervisor, you must combat Amy's negativity and alleviate her anxiety.
